Light therapy and photodynamic therapy have been used on their own and to stimulate drug products injected into the body for healing. Light is used as a therapy for forms of depression, sleep disorders, or other conditions like seasonal affective disorder (SAD). Light exists on a continuous spectrum of energy called "The Electromagetic Spectrum". X-rays, radio waves, and microwaves are all on this spectrum and we experience them in different ways depending on the frequency (and inversely the wavelength). Energy can change the vibrational frequency and properties of solid matter, burn holes in it, heat it up, cool it down, make a person cry or smile. The body is matter and can be affected by energy, but there's more to it than meets the eye. Our emotions and thoughts have vibrational frequency. Have you ever used the phrase, "we're not on the same wavelength", thoughts work like that, you can "vibe" with people. These vibes emanate out from our bodies and they remain connected to us as actual properties of our being; just as atoms get their attributes from the number and quality of protons and electrons in their energetic field. We interact with each other like atoms interact with each other, some attract, some repel.
These energies are not generally quantifiable yet, as technological detectors have not either been built to detect them, or they're not mainstream yet. Currently, only the human body and mind can detect them. Most everyone can experience these energies. Most interpret it as "physical attraction", "sexual attraction", or just attraction because we don't have a vocabulary for it yet! For example, have you ever felt a family member's anger in the room or house, even though they don't say anything? Have you ever walked into a clinic or room where the air is thick like oil, maybe there was a fight in there just before you entered? Maybe there's a lot of processing and sadness? Some people are like radios for this stuff, picking up on the information, feeling it directly, and expressing what comes through them. These people are currently called "empaths".
Until an empath knows what they are doing, they will generally have a difficult time in life. If you were experiencing thoughts, emotions, and pains of other people, animals, geographic regions, and things beyond the earth's orbit, you might suffer a little confusion, hide away from others, be "sensitive", and you might be categorized as clinically insane. It's a problem.
There's a solution.
